- Be proficient in MS Office programs, and able to quickly learn our computerized reservation system.
- Be neat and clean in personal appearance and present a positive professional image of Renown Tours (basic uniform items provided).

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and support, not only during the cruise, but during boarding and disembarking, as well. The safety of each guest is paramount; first aid/CPR training required. Participation in pre-employment & random drug testing required.

Inventory Crew are primarily responsible for the exterior cleaning and daily stocking of boats with food and supplies. Warehouse duties include receiving and storing food and supply deliveries and rotating and organizing stock on hand. Other duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning of crew quarters, carpet cleaning and light maintenance. This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and is great for those who are active and enjoy working outdoors.
Shuttle Bus Drivers provide an important connection between lodging and transportation options. A clean driving record and CDL are required.
Dormitory-style crew housing is available for a small expense in Seward for seasonal employees.
