Cancellation Policy

Reservations are recommended as early as possible to confirm specific departures. Full payment is required at time of booking. Full refunds for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to departure, 50% refund for cancellations made 8-14 days before departure, no refunds will be issued on cancellations made 7 days or less before departure. Renown Tours and its US Coast Guard Certified Captains reserve the right to cancel or re-route any cruise based on weather or other conditions. In case of a modification to the National Park Cruise due to weather or sea conditions, a refund of $40.00 per adult and $20.00 per child will be issued directly to the passenger. If a cruise is cancelled, passengers that have booked transportation through Renown Tours will be charged only for the transportation portion of their tour.
